Following their initial treatment with Juvéderm, patients may enjoy results for 1–2 years, however the length of time results may last varies from patient to patient. Who Is A Candidate For Dermal Fillers?

Prior to your treatment, your dermal filler provider will evaluate your areas of concern and review your full medical history. Patients must fully disclose their medical history prior to treatment, as certain allergies, skin conditions, and neurological conditions, or medications, may affect their treatment and results. An ideal candidate for treatment with dermal fillers is generally healthy; has moderate-to-severe facial lines, wrinkles, folds, and/or signs of volume loss; has realistic expectations for their treatment and results; and seeks non-invasive cosmetic fillers to address their aesthetic concerns.

While most adult patients are eligible for cosmetic filler treatments, those who are allergic to any of the ingredients in their chosen filler, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those suffering from certain medical conditions/neurological disorders may not be suitable candidates for dermal fillers.
